2:) Donor ranks are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a rank has been assigned to your account, it cannot be transferred to another player or refunded under any circumstances.

3:) Donor ranks are a privilege and not a guarantee of special treatment or exemptions from server rules. All players, including donors, are subject to the same rules and regulations.

4:) Donor ranks may come with certain in-game perks, such as additional commands, exclusive items, or access to exclusive areas. These perks are subject to change or adjustment by the server staff without prior notice.

5:) We reserve the right to modify or update the donor ranks, perks, or pricing at any time. Any changes made will be applicable to both current and future donors.

6:) Donor ranks are intended to enhance your gameplay experience but should not disrupt the balance or fairness of the server. If any perks or abilities are deemed overpowered or disruptive by the server staff, they may be adjusted or removed.

7.) Donors are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior and set a positive example for other players. Any form of harassment, cheating, or abuse will result in immediate revocation of your donor rank and potential banning from the server.

8:) The server staff reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any issues or concerns related to donor ranks, including suspected fraudulent purchases or misuse of ranks.

9:) By purchasing a donor rank, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to make
the purchase.
