2:) Purchasing an item, rank, or package does not grant exemption from server rules. You are still required to abide by all NerikoMC regulations. Violation of server rules may lead to punishment, including temp-bans or permanent bans, without reimbursement for purchased goods.
3:) Digital goods are tied specifically to the Minecraft Username provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct username. We are not liable for items delivered to the wrong account due to user error.
4:) Server staff reserves the right to change, modify, or adjust the contents, perks, abilities, or pricing of any store package (including existing ranks or items) at any time to maintain server balance, without prior notice.
5:) Virtual currency (such as gems or coins) has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside of NerikoMC. If your account is banned, access to remaining virtual currency is forfeited.
6:) Attempts to initiate a fraudulent payment, credit card chargeback, or PayPal dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from NerikoMC, and your details may be shared with payment processors and other server operators.
7.) Donors and supporters are expected to maintain a positive example for the community. Harassment, cheating, or abusive behavior will result in punishment, regardless of donor status.
8:) We cannot guarantee 100% uptime of the server. While we strive to restore access quickly, maintenance or technical issues may occur. Purchased perks or ranks may be temporarily unavailable during these times.
9:) By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained explicit parental or legal guardian consent to make the financial transaction.
